Shah, who trains in the US, brushed aside Shahani 11-6, 4-11, 14-12, 11-6 in the semi final to earn a meeting in the summit clash against unseeded Yash Fadte of Goa.
Sixteen-year-old Fadte also created a flutter by outlasting second seed Rahul Baitha in five games in the other semi final at the Bombay Gymkhana.
Fadte got past Baitha 8-11, 13-11, 11-4, 9-11, 11-7.
In the girls U-19 semis, unseeded Sanya Vats beat higher ranked Navmi Sharma with relative ease 11-6, 11-6, 11-6 while top seed Amita Gondi beat unseeded Jannia Singh 11-9, 11-8, 5-11, 8-11, 12-10 in a closely contested match
